Retreat
Region inside The Real World
Can be home to characters.

Retreat is located on a pair of islands to the north. The islands are surrounded by a tidal river, which can complicate access. Most wait until the tide is as its lowest to attempt to access Retreat. The river varies in width from 100m to 200m wide, average low tides can reduce this down to 75m, with even lower tides providing a further reduction. Retreat itself is hilly and lush. The north hills on Retreat are some of the tallest in the general region, and can provide quite a sweeping view. Beaches on the sea facing side of Retreat are often expansive. More southern beaches are typically sandy while more northern beaches tend to be rocky.
The north hills on Retreat were a former industrial area, now long abandoned. Idle factories sit empty, but interesting items are still easy to locate. Nature has made less of an inroads to reclaim this area than anywhere else on Retreat.
The southern end of Retreat is a mix of incredibly lush jungle interspersed with luxurious buildings be overtaken by nature. The southern part of Retreat is also home to Themepark.
