Logistics Park was once a highly organized industrial park, featuring office space, warehouses, manufacturing and show rooms. It is now home to a bustling population due to its perceived safety and spacious indoor areas.

The northern area of Logistics Park is home to many huge, low buildings that are arranged right along crumbling road ways. Many of these places were former factories or warehouses and are still in surprisingly good condition. Central Logistics Park is a mecca of abandoned and crumbling showrooms. The southern reaches of Logistics Park have been full taken over by plant life, and are widely considered a pleasant place to visit.
